Beer Bones BBQ is a small, family owned mobile catering company and food truck serving Southeastern Illinois and Southwestern Indiana where real, authentic, craft barbecue and scratch-made sides are what they are known for! They are 100% devoted to the craft of barbecue and have been since they started and they refuse to cut corners or take any shortcuts. All of their meats are locally sourced where possible, smoked fresh to order after being hand rubbed with their signature spice blends, and take upwards of 14 hours to become pure barbecue perfection.
Beer Bones BBQ got their start in 2016 as just something fun to pass the time while Brandan’s wife Jessica was in nursing school and has quickly blown up into something with more momentum than they could have ever imagined! Now in their food truck, they have been all over the Tri state offering their one of a kind craft barbecue whether it be catering or out in Ole Jed at Tri state businesses, neighborhoods, or just wherever they find a spot to sling that que! They now have a mobile app which allows them even more reach to accept orders for catering, street vending, merchandise, menus of the day, GPS locations, and much more that is available on the Apple Store or Google Play!
Beer Bones BBQ is a small family business operated by Brandan and Jessica Patterson as well as family and friends. They have shown a strong dedication to family values, community spirit, and craft BBQ, all while having a good time. Beer Bones BBQ is currently working to raise money for Shop With a Cop, Fireman, EMS program which is very near and dear to their heart. The Patterson family is also very involved with Scouts BSA, Wabash County Youth Foundation, and is also a member of Masonic Lodge 866 in West Salem, IL. The Beer Bones BBQ family attributes the success of their business to all their loyal customers and the surrounding community without whom they could not do what they love!
